Delivery
We dispatch orders Mon-Fri on the same day (until our 2pm cut-off time). Any orders after the cut-off time will be dispatched the next day.
All orders are sent with a tracked service. Tracking details will be provided via email after dispatch.

Returns
We accept returns in the 14 days following purchase, for any reason. If your item is faulty, we will pay for return postage. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for return postage.
